Boa Nova Tea House was awarded by the jury of the National Urban Rehabilitation Award

The rehabilitation of the Boa Nova Tea House in Matosinhos, was awarded on April 7th, by the jury of the National Urban Rehabilitation Award.

An emblematic building, with the signature of Álvaro Siza Vieira, built on rocks, two meters from the sea, between 1958 and 1963.

After the profound works of requalification, it was reopened in July 2015  as a restaurant by the Chef Rui Paula.

Generis will expand its pharmaceutical plant in Amadora

Lucios construction won a contract of more than 3 million to remodel and expand the industrial unit of Generis in Amadora,
a work that should be completed in January 2016

Generis will remodel and expand its pharmaceutical plant in Amadora, a project that, only in the aspect of construction, will involve an investment of 3 million euros, according to a statement from Lucios construction, the contractor for the work.

Lucios builds factory of wind turbines

Lucios will build a plant in Maia for the manufacture and maintenance of wind turbines .

The project is estimated to cost two million euros and the developer is the metalworking Sermec .

The work should be completed in November and will usher in the entry Sermec in the segment of renewable energy.

Lucios registered last year a turnover of 54 million euros with the activity in Portugal . Urban regeneration represented 40-45 % of the works . For 2015, reaching a sales volume of 57 million.
